Connecting to Self-energy is important because when you have access to Self, you can relate to your parts and others from a place of understanding and empathy. It also helps you navigate challenges with greater resilience and wisdom, fostering healing and growth. Essentially, it’s about being your most authentic, balanced self.

 

 

Energy- Field

 

Bringing attention to your energy field helps you become more aware of your boundaries, how you interact with the world, and how you absorb or release energy, like what you are letting in or giving out energetically, with thoughts and intentions. This awareness can be protective, helping you maintain a sense of stability and balance. It also allows you to notice and release any negative or foreign energies, like unhelpful and inaccurate beliefs carried over from your parents, that might be affecting the way you view the world, fostering a clearer and more resilient state of being. Connecting to love, both from within yourself and from a higher power, is essential for deep healing and growth. Self-love fosters compassion, acceptance, and inner harmony, allowing you to embrace all parts of yourself. Love from a higher power can offer a sense of unconditional support, guidance, and reassurance.
